I can not say enough about Dr Presnell and his assistants from the planning stage to the final session. His plan to not only improve my appearance but health as well, his care and precision I so admired. Thanks to the entire staff for making all my visits over a year so great and easy

Dr. Mcilwain is a top notch dental artist and scientist. Her eye, skill, knowledge and passion are unmatched. And I’m really picky! I have a tricky case and she not only did excellent work every time, but worked with my endodontist and orthodontist to ensure the best outcome. And was patient with me when I needed adjustments or had a million questions. Paying out of pocket for aesthetic dental work isn't something I ever wanted to do on my tight budget but it's been so worth it. And going there was just a lovely experience because she, her assistants and the front desk staff are all kind, cool And extremely competent. I hope I don't need more work done anytime soon but I will honestly miss them! 10/10.

I just need to congratulate Dr. Mcilwain and the team at Triangle Restoration Dentistry for the fantastic job done. My 20-year-old implant crown broke off leaving a broken screw in place. Dr. Mcilwain tracked down my former surgeon to order the replacement parts and then performed an amazing job removing the broken screw, improvising where needed. Also special thanks to Dr. Presnell who stepped in to remove a fused abutment piece. All said, a great 'Mission Accomplished'!

I have to say, I'm so happy and pleased with Triangle Restoration Dentistry . Their friendly, helpful, totally professional interaction with patients means so much. It was frustrating trying to find your office the first day. My Google Maps couldn't locate it once I got there. I've got ADHD. It is not my fault. Panic ensued. Why can't you make it easier on us elderly patients?? Methinks you'll be having more and more of us Boomers as future patients , right? PLEASE HELP your ELDERLY PATIENTS...make it as easy to find you by displaying the office name at the entrance to the business park. I loved your staff. They were kind and fun to be around. Dr. Mcilwain is a magician. She restored a chipped front tooth for me and it literally looks and feels exactly as my original tooth did - you can’t tell it was repaired at all, for the better. Their dental assistants, Mimi and Sebastian, are also incredibly kind and patient. I went here for a one time repair and now it is my new primary dentist office because the experience with their team has been so pleasant.

I visited Dr. Marquez of Triangle Restoration Dentistry yesterday morning for denture replacement. It was my first visit, and while trying to locate the office, I accidentally fell just outside. Dr. Marquez and other staff immediately came to my aid, helped me up, provided a chair, water, and first aid. Special thanks to Lauren, who applied medicine and stayed by my side with cold compresses until the ambulance arrived. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries, and my appointment was successfully completed. Despite the unexpected start, I left feeling very well cared for. I’m confident my dentures will turn out great, and I truly appreciate the compassionate team. Highly recommended!
